About H’art’s Ease
At H’Art’s Ease, we specialize in the treatment of Trauma Related Anxiety’s and Phobias, Childhood Anxiety and Depression.
Sharen has worked with troubled families in a group environment providing play and art therapy to parents and children. She has treated gender disordered children, children conflicted as a result of divorcing parents, abused and abusing children. Her thesis was on the treatment of PTSD within a family. She has experience with both short term and long term therapeutic interventions for adults and children.
